Morgan Thorson, choreographic mix-master and dance-maker based in Minneapolis sits with Taylour Chang, Director of Doris Duke Theatre at Honolulu Museum of Art and Asad Jafri, Shangri La's Curator of Programs to discuss the role of audience engagement in the practices and production of art work. How is audience considered? How do they envision audience: spectators, witnesses, viewers, collaborators? What is "a state of engagement?" What forms of connection are imagined or realized?
